Returns:

• Accepted within 7 days of delivery if the artwork arrives damaged or with quality issues.

• Buyer must provide photo/video proof of damage for approval.

Refunds:

• Full refund (minus shipping costs) issued upon return approval.

• Original artwork must be returned in its original packaging at the buyer’s expense.

Non-Refundable:

• Custom/commissioned paintings (unless damaged).

• Change of mind or incorrect sizing choices.

Process:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return. Refunds processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned artwork.

Note: Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness.

Shipping is calculated by weight to the final destination.
